Senior Academic Counselor

As an Academic Counsellor for Doctorate/DBA Programs at Nextskilledge, your role involves engaging with working professionals and senior learners interested in Doctorate-level programs. Your responsibilities will include: - Counselling mid-to-senior-level professionals exploring Doctorate/PhD/DBA programs via inbound & outbound channels. - Conducting career-focused consultations tailored to each learner's academic and professional journey. - Converting leads into enrolments through structured follow-ups and expert guidance. - Building a strong rapport with prospects by understanding their aspirations and aligning them with the right academic path. - Maintaining accurate records of consultations and conversions in the CRM. - Consistently achieving monthly enrolment and revenue targets. To excel in this role, you should have: - 1-2 years of experience in academic counselling, preferably with exposure to Doctorate or Postgraduate program sales. - Strong understanding of Doctorate application procedures, accreditation, and online program delivery. - Proven experience working with international clients, especially UK-based or HNI learners. - Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills. - A self-driven, organized, and target-oriented mindset. - A Bachelor's degree is mandatory; a Master's degree is an advantage. Preferred profiles will have experience in Edtech, Universities, or Global Higher Education Counselling, as well as prior experience handling Doctorate/Executive education (PhD, DBA, EdD) programs.
