Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound/outbound queries and convert potential leads into enrollments Understand learner goals and recommend suitable programs Conduct detailed counselling calls to help learners make informed decisions Manage CRM entries, lead tracking, and follow-ups Meet weekly/monthly enrollment targets based on WFH or WFO engagement Eligibility Criteria: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred) 1–4 years of experience in sales, academic counselling, or edtech Exceptional verbal communication skills in English Experience with international markets (especially US) is preferred Comfortable working night shifts (mandatory) Engagement Models: Work from Home (WFH) Performance-based model High incentive potential Strong self-discipline and accountability required Work from Office (WFO) Base salary + performance bonus+ incentive (based on performance) Collaborative team environment with live support Access to training and in-office growth opportunities What We Offer: Opportunity to work with a fast-growing edtech brand Attractive earning potential via fixed + performance structure Career growth into Team Lead or Managerial roles Training, mentorship & support from senior leaders
