About the Role

ICA Edu Skills Pvt. Ltd., under its Skillvarsity vertical, is hiring Senior Academic Counselors for its university alliance with Sharda University. The role involves counseling prospective students, promoting undergraduate programs, and converting leads into enrollments through effective communication and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents on university programs, eligibility, and career prospects
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, leads, and walk-in inquiries
• Explain course features, benefits, and university value proposition clearly
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure conversions
• Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
• Maintain accurate student data, call logs, and CRM records
• Coordinate with internal teams and university representatives when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as an Academic Counselor / Education Counselor / Admission Counselor
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Excellent counseling, convincing, and interpersonal skills
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Basic computer proficiency (CRM, MS Office, internet tools)
• High sense of responsibility and student-centric approach
