Job DescriptionApplicant Profile

Key Responsibilities
· Achieve enrolment targets for campus programmes.
· Conduct data calls for lead generation and provide effective career counselling.
· Manage telephonic, video, and in-person counselling sessions with timely follow-ups.
· Oversee and close the entire admission process, ensuring smooth onboarding.
· Organise and conduct impactful seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions.
· Represent and promote the institute at exhibitions, education fairs, and other academic/industry events.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
· Graduate/Postgraduate degree (preferably in Marketing, Management, Education, or related fields).
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for data management & reporting.
· Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
· Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
· Goal-orientated mindset with proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results.
