Role Overview: As a Career Counselor (Sales) at our EdTech company in Jaipur, you will play a crucial role in guiding students and working professionals towards the right educational opportunities. Your primary responsibilities will include counseling students, handling leads from various sources, and converting inquiries into successful enrollments. You will also provide end-to-end admission guidance while ensuring a seamless experience for learners and achieving monthly sales targets. It is essential to maintain a student-focused approach while being target-driven and contributing to the overall success of the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students and provide guidance on educational opportunities - Handle leads from multiple sources such as calls, emails, and online platforms - Convert inquiries into successful enrollments - Provide end-to-end admission guidance - Achieve monthly sales targets - Maintain a student-focused approach while being target-driven - Engage effectively with students and parents through strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills - Proactively maintain follow-ups and contribute to the overall success of the sales team Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech counseling or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree preferred - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Additional Company Details: This is a full-time, permanent position that requires in-person work at our Jaipur location.
