We’re Hiring: Semi-Qualified Company Secretary (CS)


At StartUp Movers, we empower startups with cutting-edge financial and allied services join us as a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary and play a pivotal role in supporting startups and enterprises with cutting-edge compliance and legal solutions!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients throughout the incorporation process, addressing their queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Collect, review, and verify client information and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare and file necessary documents with government agencies while adhering to all legal and compliance standards.
  • Monitor incorporation applications, promptly addressing issues to avoid delays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve legal or compliance challenges effectively.
  • Stay updated on laws and regulations related to business incorporation to provide accurate advice.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving client inquiries and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all client interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to internal processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.


Requirements:

  • Semi-Qualified CS/ or CA/CS dropouts with completed internship.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field. Additional certifications are a plus.
  • Prior experience in incorporation services or similar roles within legal or consulting firms.
  • Strong understanding of legal and compliance requirements for business incorporation and familiarity with various business structures and entity types.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex documentation.
  • Strong English communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, Zoho Projects, and other relevant software tools.
  • Demonstrated commitment to exceptional client service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
