We are looking for a Semi-Qualified Company Secretary who is independent, well-versed in Companies Act provisions, and possesses strong leadership skills. Associate – Corporate Legal We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Lawyer with a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the field of corporate law. The successful candidate will primarily focus on drafting and reviewing legal documents related to term sheets, shareholders' agreements (SHA), share subscription agreements (SSA), employee stock option plans (ESOPs), convertible notes, fundraise, transactions, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), and other corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate must be based in Bangalore and willing to work from the office (no work-from-home option). Responsibilities: Draft and review legal documents: Prepare, revise, and analyze various corporate legal documents, including term sheets, SHA, SSA, ESOPs, convertible notes, fundraise agreements, transactional documents, and M&A documentation. Provide legal advice: Offer expert legal advice to clients and internal stakeholders regarding corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contractual obligations, and risk management.
