Job Description

A dedicated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Company Secretary with strong knowledge of corporate laws, secretarial practices, and compliance management. Experienced in handling ROC filings, board meeting documentation, company law matters, and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013. Skilled in drafting resolutions, preparing statutory registers, and assisting in corporate governance processes.

Committed to maintaining high levels of accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism while supporting the company’s legal and compliance framework.

  • ROC Filings (AOC-4, MGT-7, ADT-1, DIR-3 KYC, etc.)
  • Drafting Resolutions & Minutes

  • Due Diligence & Secretarial Audit Support
  • FEMA & RBI Compliances (Basic Knowledge)

Core Responsibilities

  • Assisting in Corporate Law Compliance under Companies Act, 2013.
  • Preparing notices, agendas, and minutes for Board and General Meetings.
  • Drafting resolutions, reports, and statutory documents.
  • Filing various ROC forms and ensuring timely compliance with MCA.
  • Maintaining statutory registers such as MGT-1, SH-7, DIR registers, etc.
  • Supporting Secretarial Audit and preparing relevant checklists.
  • Assisting in annual filings, share allotment, and share transfer procedures.
  • Coordinating with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies.
  • Managing compliance documentation and record keeping.

  • MCA Portal & e-Form Filing
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Legal Drafting
  • Compliance Software (if any)

Education / Qualification

  • CS Executive Passed / CS Professional Pursuing (as per your status)
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Mention your field: B.Com / BBA / etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,086.83 - ₹34,722.54 per month
