Semi Qualified CA

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant to support our finance and accounting functions. The candidate should have completed the CA Intermediate level and possess practical experience in accounting, audits, taxation, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities : Assist in preparation of financial statements as per applicable accounting standards. Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure timely closure of books. Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits, including preparation of working papers and audit files. Prepare and file GST, TDS, and income tax returns. Support month-end and year-end financial close processes. Help in budget preparation, variance analysis, and management reporting. Maintain and reconcile ledgers, sub-ledgers, and bank accounts. Coordinate with external consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required. Stay updated on changes in taxation, compliance, and accounting regulations. Requirements : Passed CA Intermediate (IPCC) – both groups preferred. Completed or currently undergoing articleship training (min. 2 years preferred). Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws (direct & indirect), and audit procedures. Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Zoho, SAP). Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
