Role Description We are looking for dynamic and experienced Chartered Accountants to join our Assurance team. The ideal candidates should possess strong expertise in IND-AS with a proven track record of handling assurance and audit engagements. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage statutory audits, tax audits, and assurance engagements in line with professional standards. Review IND-AS-based financial statements to ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency. Provide technical expertise and guidance on accounting and assurance matters to clients and team members. Identify key risk areas and recommend practical, value-adding solutions. Manage client relationships and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Mentor and support junior team members in developing assurance practice skills. Key Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant with 5–10 years of relevant experience in assurance/audit practice. Strong practical knowledge of IND-AS. Excellent analytical, communication, and client management skills. Ability to lead teams and manage multiple assignments effectively.
