Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven SEM Executive with hands-on experience in lead generation campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to maximize ROI and deliver qualified leads for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.⁠ ⁠Plan and manage aid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms as required.

2.⁠ ⁠⁠Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize ad performance.

3.⁠ ⁠⁠Develop effective lead generation strategies aligned with admission goals.

4.⁠ ⁠⁠Monitor campaign performance daily and adjust budgets, targeting, and creatives to improve results.

5.⁠ ⁠⁠Create engaging ad copies, headlines, and CTAs to drive conversions.

6.⁠ ⁠⁠Collaborate with the content and design team for creative assets (banners, videos, etc.).

7.⁠ ⁠⁠Track and report KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rate.

8.⁠ ⁠⁠Manage remarketing, lookalike audiences, and funnel-based ad strategies.

9.⁠ ⁠⁠Stay updated with platform updates, digital ad trends, and competitor activities.

10.⁠ ⁠⁠Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and insights for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1.⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

2. Domain Expertise: Prior experience in managing digital marketing or lead generation campaigns for the education sector is mandatory.

3.⁠ ⁠⁠2–4 years of proven experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign management.

4.⁠ ⁠⁠Strong understanding of lead generation funnels and conversion optimization.

5.⁠ ⁠⁠Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Google Tag Manager.

6.⁠ ⁠⁠Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take actionable decisions.

7.⁠ ⁠⁠Excellent communication and reporting skills.

Preferred:
