Job Description

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about managing challenging, complex and ambiguous projects across multiple teams and locations.
They will be comfortable marshalling large amounts of data, and expert with new-age technology domains like Generative AI to make recommendations and build business cases.
We are looking for a tenured Product leader who shares Amazons passion for the customer someone who understands the importance of compelling features and functionalities in driving great experience.
In addition, the candidate will also be able to influence without authority and earn trust of a wide range of cross-functional, tech/non-tech stakeholders.
Bachelors degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Experience leading highly technical programs involving infrastructure, complex systems, systems engineering Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience in a customer-focused field or business
Experience converting insights into strategy and communicating complex ideas clearly and logically in written communication
Experience in making data driven business decisions
Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience with end-to-end project management
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
