Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Security Supervisor & Guard to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in security management and be able to provide excellent protection services.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure effective protection.
Develop and implement security protocols to prevent incidents and maintain a safe environment.
Conduct regular checks and inspections to identify potential security threats.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless security operations.
Respond to emergency situations and make quick decisions to protect people and property.
Maintain accurate records of security incidents and reports.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in security management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of security procedures and protocols.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.
Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
