Job Title: Security Guard Job Type: Full-time / Shift Basis Job Description:We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard to protect our premises and maintain safety and discipline. The candidate must stay vigilant, monitor entry and exit points, and report any suspicious activity immediately. Key Responsibilities:Ensure the safety and security of the premises, gates, and parking area Record visitors and employee entries/exits in the logbook Monitor CCTV cameras and other security systems Prepare and submit incident or observation reports Enforce company security policies and safety regulations Respond promptly during emergencies or unusual situations Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10th pass (High school) Previous experience in security preferred (Freshers may also apply) Disciplined, well-behaved, and physically fit Willing to work in day/night shifts Basic understanding of security procedures and safety practices Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Depending on experience)👮‍♂️ Job Title: Security Supervisor Job Type: Full-time Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee our security team and ensure proper implementation of all safety protocols. The ideal candidate should have leadership qualities and strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the team of Security Guards Prepare and maintain daily security reports and logs Regularly inspect CCTV systems and security equipment Respond quickly to incidents and report them to management Train new security staff and maintain discipline within the team Monitor visitor and vendor access to the premises Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Minimum 2 years of experience in the security field (as Supervisor or Senior Guard) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in rotational shifts Knowledge of CCTV operations, reporting, and safety management Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Depending on experience)
