Sector Lead

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading the Construction & Building Materials sector as a Sector Lead in Mumbai. Your primary focus will be on driving revenue growth, developing go-to-market strategies, nurturing relationships with CXO-level executives, managing the sales cycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Own and drive revenue growth for the Construction & Building Materials vertical. - Build and execute sector-specific go-to-market strategies. - Develop and maintain relationships with CXO-level executives in large enterprises and leading distributors. - Conduct consultative sales conversations focusing on business impact and solution value. - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to account expansion. - Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for effective pre- and post-sales engagement. - Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to refine positioning and drive thought leadership. - Provide sales pipeline metrics and forecasts to senior leadership. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in construction, building materials, or related industries. - Proven success in enterprise sales with a track record of closing complex, high-value deals. - Strong understanding of industry workflows including channel sales, supply chain, procurement, project management, and distributor engagement. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills. - Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities. - Prior experience in selling SaaS solutions to construction or building material companies is preferred. - Established network of CXOs, sector heads, and decision-makers in the industry. - Bachelors degree or higher in Business, Engineering, or related field is a plus.,
