Job Description

Role Overview: As a Section Head Reliability - Static at the Asset Operations department of the CES Engineering family, your main responsibility is to deploy reliability engineering and maintenance strategies for static equipment to ensure equipment availability and operational efficiency in alignment with established guidelines and operational mandates. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in formulating the static discipline's plan and ensure its day-to-day execution following functional standards and regulations. - Implement policies, processes, and procedures related to static engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements for delivering high-quality and cost-effective results. - Provide inputs on maintenance cost and budgeting for static equipment. - Conduct compliance audits within your section and monitor maintenance systems adherence to set standards including HSEF. - Plan the design, analysis, and optimization of all static equipment, coordinating with other departments to align maintenance with operational requirements and standards. - Drive root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities for failures in static equipment, reviewing inspection reports, and recommendations. - Assume responsibility for major overhauling and shutdown of critical equipment, managing site contracts, and ensuring vendor/contractor relationships are standardized and validated. - Follow preventive & predictive maintenance policies, perform reliability analysis, and monitor performance for continuous improvement. - Participate in inter-departmental reliability assurance activities, conduct reliability-centered maintenance studies, and support asset reliability risk assessment. - Participate in recruitment activities, set performance objectives, evaluate team members, and provide regular feedback, guidance, mentoring, and development. - Evaluate training and development requirements for the team and make recommendations for learning interventions. Qualification Required: - A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering or a Master's Degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical Engineering (preferred) - Valid certification in ASNT/ISNT Level II in at least two techniques MPI/UT/RT - Training in Root Cause Analysis - Certification in at least two API standards 510/570/653 - Certification in CSWIP/AWS Additional Company Details: This section is omitted as there are no additional details about the company provided in the job description.,
