Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage daily calendars for CEO, ensuring efficient scheduling and coordination of meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Draft letters, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO as needed.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation for executive-level trips.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management by handling tasks such as data entry, filing documents, and preparing reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-9 years of experience in a similar role or secretarial function.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Com) or equivalent qualification; B.Tech/B.E. preferred but not mandatory.
  • Excellent written communication skills with proficiency in English language; strong verbal communication skills also required.
  • Proficient in computer applications like MS Office (Word, Excel), email writing & typing (minimum 50 wpm) and Presentation skills.
