About the Role We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Secretary to the CEO who will play a critical role in managing the CEOs office. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality. Role & responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for the CEO and manage all correspondence efficiently. Manage and organize the CEOs calendar , including appointments, meetings, and travel schedules. Handle domestic and international travel arrangements , including flights, visas, accommodation, and logistics. Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM) , reports, and other confidential documents. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth communication flow. Assist the CEO in decision-making by providing accurate information, reminders, and timely follow-ups. Ensure smooth handling of foreign countries visa processes , given frequent CEO travel. Support in drafting emails, official letters, and business communication with clarity and professionalism. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Preferred candidate profile Educational Qualification: Company Secretaryship degree/qualification (mandatory). Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Personal/Executive Secretary to senior management or C-Suite. Skills Required: Strong command of English (both written and oral). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in handling international travel and visa processes. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
