Job Title: Secretary to the Chairman

Prefered-Female Candidates

Location- Andehri Mumbai

Experience Required: 5–7 Years
Travel Requirement: travel within India, as and when required

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Secretary to the Chairman to provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support at a senior leadership level. The role requires excellent coordination skills, discretion, and the ability to manage confidential information while supporting the Chairman’s day-to-day and strategic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Manage the Chairman’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
  • Prepare, draft, and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and official documents.
  • Coordinate board meetings, executive meetings, and follow-ups on action points.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
  • Arrange domestic travel, accommodation, and logistics as required.
  • Accompany the Chairman on business travels within India when required.
  • Maintain proper records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist in organizing events, conferences, and official functions.
  • Ensure smooth communication flow and timely execution of assigned tasks.

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (additional qualifications preferred).
  • Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience as Secretary / Executive Assistant to senior leadership or Chairman-level executives.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within India as per business requirements.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience working with senior management or board-level executives.
  • Exposure to corporate governance and compliance documentation.
  • Presentable personality with a proactive approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
