About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with strong SEO knowledge who can manage digital marketing projects and handle US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SEO strategies, project management, and client communication.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients, ensuring smooth communication and relationship management.

* Plan, coordinate, and execute SEO and digital marketing projects from start to finish.

* Create project timelines, allocate tasks, and ensure timely delivery.

* Collaborate with SEO specialists, content writers, designers, and developers to deliver results.

* Monitor project performance, track KPIs, and provide regular updates/reports to clients.

* Identify project risks, troubleshoot challenges, and maintain high-quality standards.

* Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and Google algorithm updates.

* Ensure client satisfaction and retention by understanding their business goals and aligning strategies.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

* 2.5+ years of proven experience in SEO project management and client handling.

* Strong understanding of On-page, Off-page, and Technical SEO.

* Experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.

* Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to handle international clients.

* Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.

* Ability to work in different time zones (US-based clients).

Good to Have:

* Prior experience in handling US/International clients.

* Knowledge of Paid Marketing (PPC/Google Ads) and Social Media Campaigns.

* Certification in SEO/Project Management (optional but preferred).
