As a seasoned SEO Team Lead, your primary role will be to manage and direct the SEO strategy of the company. You will lead a team dedicated to driving organic traffic and enhancing search engine rankings, with a strong focus on on-page SEO optimization. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute the SEO strategy of the company. - Mentor and manage a team of SEO analysts and executives. - Oversee on-page SEO activities such as keyword optimization, content structuring, and meta tag implementation. - Monitor performance metrics and implement necessary improvements. - Utilize strong customer service and interpersonal skills to engage in regular client meetings, explain strategies, and ensure successful implementation.
