Job Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Location: Lucknow Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives Experience: Minimum 2 Year (Real Estate Sales Preferred) Job Summary: Are you passionate about real estate and skilled at closing deals? We are hiring Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling plots, residential units, or commercial properties , handling client meetings, and driving sales growth. This is a sales role best suited for someone who is result-driven, energetic, and understands the real estate market. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, digital platforms, and networking Sell residential or commercial plots/properties to prospective clients Conduct site visits and property tours with clients Understand client requirements and offer suitable property options Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly targets Build and maintain strong customer relationships Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and closing processes Requirements: Minimum 2 year of experience in real estate sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Goal-oriented and self-motivated Must be comfortable with fieldwork and client interaction Knowledge of local property market is a plus Own vehicle and smartphone required Why Join Us?
