Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. The role involves understanding customer requirements, promoting company products, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new customers through field visits, cold calls, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Promote and sell company products as per customer requirements.
• Prepare and present quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
• Ensure timely follow-up with customers for inquiries, orders, and payments.
• Maintain sales reports, visit logs, and update CRM regularly.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth delivery of products.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or B2B sectors.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Good knowledge of local market and willingness for field visits.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM).

Preferred:

• Candidates with experience in B2B, industrial products, or project-based clients will have an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
