We are driven by innovation, backed by science, and inspired by nature. Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. You will be responsible for optimizing our website, product pages, and content to boost organic visibility, drive traffic, and improve conversions. Your goal is to help Herbalmax rank at the top for key wellness and supplement-related queries. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective SEO strategies for website and product listings (Shopify-based). Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis. Optimize on-page elements including metadata, content structure, URLs, internal linking, and product schema. Manage off-page SEO activities such as backlink acquisition, blogger outreach, and directory submissions. Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and GA4. Perform regular SEO audits and technical SEO checks (e.g., site speed, crawl errors, mobile usability). Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to implement SEO recommendations. Track KPIs such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, bounce rate, CTR, and conversion rates. Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices. Requirements 2+ years of proven experience in SEO (preferably in the D2C/eCommerce industry). Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc. Strong understanding of Shopify SEO best practices. Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics and technical SEO. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Experience with content strategy and SEO-driven blog optimization is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in the health and wellness domain is a strong advantage. Familiarity with basic CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) principles.
