Role Summary

We are seeking a strong, self-driven SEO Analyst who brings both expertise and leadership to the table. The role requires someone who can take ownership of SEO initiatives, guide team members when needed, challenge weak strategies, and drive organic growth with confidence and accountability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as the subject-matter leader for SEO decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy and execution for assigned projects, ensuring high-quality delivery without constant supervision.

• Lead discussions with internal teams by providing data-backed recommendations and actionable insights.

• Conduct in-depth SEO audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented with precision.

• Push for high standards in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, calling out gaps or inconsistencies early.

• Plan and execute effective link-building strategies with a focus on authority and trust.

• Drive technical SEO improvements in collaboration with developers, ensuring issues are identified and escalated proactively.

• Mentor junior team members when required and help them improve their SEO understanding.

• Report performance clearly, challenge poor results, and recommend strategic next steps.

• Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and competitive changes, and guide the team accordingly.

Required Skills

• Experience working with international websites; Australian market experience is a plus.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
