Job Title: Google Ads Specialist – International Campaigns (AU Market) Location: Chennai (Onsite Only) Employment Type: Full-Time About Us: Elephant in the Boardroom is an Australian-based digital marketing agency specializing in managing high-performance campaigns across fintech, ecommerce, healthcare, and automotive industries. We work with large-scale clients managing monthly ad spends ranging from $120K to $240K. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Google Ads Specialist to lead and optimize international campaigns, primarily targeting the Australian market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large budgets and delivering measurable ROI through strategic keyword planning, bidding optimization, and campaign scaling. Key Responsibilities: Plan, implement, and optimize Google Search Ads campaigns for high-budget international clients. Develop and execute keyword strategies aligned with client goals and industry standards. Manage and optimize bidding strategies to maximize conversions and ROI. Scale campaigns effectively across multiple industries including fintech, ecommerce, healthcare, and automotive. Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights and reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid search strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Stay updated with the latest Google Ads trends and tools to continually improve campaign performance. Required Qualification: Minimum 4 years of experience in Google Search Ads campaign management. Experience managing monthly budgets of $100K or more. Proven experience working with international clients, preferably in the Australian market. Industry exposure in fintech, ecommerce, healthcare, or automotive sectors. Strong skills in keyword research, bidding optimization, and campaign scaling. Ability to analyze search queries and manage negative keywords effectively. Preferred Skills: Expertise with Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA, ROAS). Experience with Audience Targeting & Remarketing campaigns. Familiarity with Responsive Search Ads (RSA) and Dynamic Search Ads (DSA). Knowledge of Performance Max campaigns and cross-channel automation. Understanding of conversion tracking, including offline conversion imports. Use of ad extensions and automation scripts/rules for campaign optimization. Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple clients.
