Job description: Position Title: Full Stack Technical Lead Location: Chennai (Onsite Only) Experience: 5 - 7 Years Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent About the Role We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Technical Lead with strong expertise in MERN, PHP, and WordPress. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and timely execution. Experience or knowledge in DevOps and Azure will be considered a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performing web applications using MERN, PHP, and WordPress. Guide and mentor the development team to maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code. Collaborate with designers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality projects on time. Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and performance optimization. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals. Manage databases, APIs, and integrations to ensure robust backend and frontend functionality. Apply best practices in version control, CI/CD, and deployment processes (DevOps experience is an added advantage). Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.
