Full Stack Technical Lead

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and high-performing web applications using MERN, PHP, and WordPress.
• Guide and mentor the development team to maintain clean, efficient, and reusable code.
• Collaborate with designers, QA, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality projects on time.
• Participate in architectural planning, code reviews, and performance optimization.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Manage databases, APIs, and integrations to ensure robust backend and frontend functionality.
• Apply best practices in version control, CI/CD, and deployment processes (DevOps experience is an added advantage).
• Troubleshoot complex issues and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes.

Required Skills

• Core Technologies: MERN Stack, PHP, WordPress
• Additional Skills: MySQL, REST APIs, Git, HTML/CSS/JavaScript
• Added Advantage: Experience or knowledge in DevOps, Azure, or Linux environments
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving

Nice to Have

• Exposure to Magento, Shopify, or other CMS/eCommerce platforms
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipeline management
