Sopra Steria is seeking an experienced Python/React Technical Lead to join their team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in the software development life cycle and be a seasoned professional in application development using the specified tech stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, and implement solutions tailored to business requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple project stakeholders with strong communication skills.
• Integrate software components such as Databases, SSO, IAM, and other required components.
• Drive projects technically with self-independence.
• Develop code based on functional specifications through an understanding of the project code.
• Test code to verify it meets technical specifications and functions as intended before submitting for code review.
• Follow prescribed standards and processes for software development methodology, including planning, work estimation, solution demos, and reviews.1
• Read and understand basic software requirements.2
• Assist in troubleshooting and responding to production issues to ensure the3application'n stability.
