Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal

candidate will have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategies, on-page and off-page

optimization, and technical SEO. This role requires a deep understanding of search engine algorithms,

keyword research, and content optimization to improve organic rankings and drive website traffic.

Key Responsibilities:

●​ Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and

website traffic.

●​ Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth

opportunities.

●​ Optimize website structure, content, and meta tags for on-page SEO best practices.

●​ Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements for website performance,

indexing, and crawling issues.

●​ Execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building and outreach campaigns.

●​ Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search

Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.

●​ Collaborate with content writers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices

are followed.

●​ Stay updated with the latest industry trends, Google algorithm updates, and best SEO practices.

●​ Generate monthly SEO reports and present insights to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

●​ 1-2 years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.

●​ Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz,

Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.

●​ Expertise in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

●​ Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript as they relate to SEO.

●​ Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

●​ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

●​ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

●​ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
