Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & Execution

  • Work directly with the SEO Lead to execute comprehensive SEO strategies for multiple clients.
  • Conduct detailed technical SEO audits, identify issues, and implement data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay up to date with the latest SEO, AI, and LLM trends to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve.
  • Optimise websites for both search engines and AI Overviews (AIO) to enhance discoverability and conversions.
  • Improve LLM performance by ensuring SEO data quality, structured markup, and content alignment with AI search patterns.


On-Page & Technical Optimisation

  • Implement and manage structured data (Schema) for improved SERP performance.
  • Optimise pages, blogs, PLPs, and product pages directly within Webflow, WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.
  • Enhance site speed, crawlability, and user experience using advanced SEO and CRO techniques.
  • Ensure all technical implementations align with best practices across various CMS platforms.


Content & UX Collaboration

  • Create detailed and actionable content briefs that guide writers towards SEO and conversion goals.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to align UX/UI and CRO improvements with SEO objectives.
  • Review content for keyword optimisation, topical relevance, and alignment with target audience intent.


Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on SEO performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Sistrix, and Looker Studio.
  • Prepare bi-weekly performance reports that tell a story — highlighting traffic trends, insights, wins, and action plans.
  • Track and communicate results clearly to internal teams and clients.


Project & Time Management

  • Manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously, similar to an agency environment.
  • Deliver all assigned tasks on time with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain consistency in workflow while adapting quickly to project priorities and deadlines.


Required Skills & Tools

  • Strong understanding of Technical SEO, site architecture, and structured data.
  • Hands-on experience with Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, GSC, and GA4.
  • Proficient in using ChatGPT, Grok, and Perplexity for AI-assisted SEO tasks.
  • Excellent knowledge of Webflow, WordPress, Wix, and Shopify.
  • Solid grasp of UX, UI, and CRO principles.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability.


Nice to Have

  • Agency experience managing multiple clients.
  • Strong written and spoken English (UK preferred).
  • Familiarity with enterprise SEO or large-scale website optimisation.
  • Creative problem-solver who can balance data insights with practical execution.
