Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SEO Team Lead to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will lead the SEO team, manage SEO strategy execution, and ensure the company’s digital presence ranks prominently in search engines. This role requires deep technical SEO knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and traffic.
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis.
• Perform on-page and off-page optimization, including content optimization, link building, and technical SEO audits.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into all digital content.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, CMS platforms (especially WordPress), and basic website development.
