Search Engine Optimization Manager

We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency delivering high-performance SEO, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing and Web Development services to clients across industries and geographies. We are looking for the best of the best — an SEO Manager with proven expertise in International SEO and Google My Business (GMB) optimization, who can craft winning strategies and deliver measurable growth for our clients.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven SEO experience (International SEO expertise is mandatory).
• In-depth knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and advanced SEO techniques.
• Strong track record of managing GMB profiles, optimizing for local search, and improving rankings.
• Ability to create, execute, and monitor data-driven SEO strategies for diverse industries.
• Proficient with SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, etc.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present strategies and results to clients.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and manage junior SEO team members.
• Must have Graduation degree from any University.
• Manage & Communicate with SEO Clients.
• Must have skills of how to leverage AI tools in SEO.

Roles & Responsibilities

• International SEO: Develop and implement SEO strategies for global markets, including multilingual and multi-regional optimization.
• Local SEO & GMB: Verify, optimize, and manage Google My Business profiles to enhance local visibility.
• Strategy Setting: Design customized SEO roadmaps based on client goals, competition analysis, and market trends.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions; prepare detailed monthly reports.
• Technical SEO: Identify and fix crawl errors, improve site architecture, and optimize website speed.
• Content Optimization: Collaborate with the content team to produce SEO-friendly and high-quality content.
• Competitor Analysis: Track competitors’ SEO strategies and find growth opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the SEO team to maintain excellence in delivery.
