Search Engine Optimization Executive

Experience: 3-5 years of experience.

We are looking to hire a skilled SEO professional who have good experience with the overall SEO

functionality.

Daily and Weekly Responsibilities:

Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to

achieve maximum ROI in Organic search campaigns

Track, report, and analyze website analytics and SEO initiatives and campaigns

On-Page Content Optimizations

Technical Audits

Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization

Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword

opportunities

Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success

Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Stay on top of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and changes to the search landscape, to drive

continued innovations and implementation of SEO best practices and strategies.

Build a strong team of self-motivated SEO experts to help scale our organic efforts.

Develop and implement link building strategy, reach out to third party websites for guest

blogging articles, mentions for boosting off-page SEO.

Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented

on newly developed code

Work with editorial and marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content

programming

Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve

SEO positions for target keywords.

Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Graduation or equivalent, combination of education and experience

In-depth experience with SEO tools (e.g. Google Search Console, Botify, SEMRush, Ahrefs,

Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.)

In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Data Studio,

Google Search Console, Google Trends, etc.)

Proven ability to increase search traffic and SERP rankings

Strong content writing and editing skills

Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills required. Experience in managing teams preferred.

Ability to work with internal business owners as well as external agencies
