SEO+SMO Executive Company: Autotroph Infotech Private Limited Date: 20-June-2025 Job Title: SEO & SMO Associate Department: Digital Marketing Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven SEO+SMO Associate to join our digital marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the company’s website SEO and social media operations to increase online presence, improve search rankings, drive traffic, and engage audiences across social platforms. Key Responsibilities: SEO: Assist in planning and implementing on-page and off-page SEO activities. Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing website content accordingly. Support technical SEO audits and work on improvements. Monitor daily performance metrics, website traffic, and search rankings. Generate SEO reports and share insights for continuous improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and search engine algorithm updates. SMO: Assist in creating, scheduling, and posting engaging content on all company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (formerly X, etc.). Monitor and respond to comments and messages promptly to foster community engagement. Support the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns. Track social media analytics and prepare periodic performance reports. Research and suggest new social media trends and best practices to improve reach and engagement. Stay informed about social media trends and emerging platforms. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in SEO and social media marketing. Freshers with good knowledge and passion for digital marketing are also encouraged to apply. Basic understanding of SEO techniques and social media platforms. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Semrush, Moz, Framer, WordPress and social media management tools is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
