Job Description

Search Campaign Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end paid search campaigns — from planning and setup to execution, optimization, and reporting.
  • Conduct keyword research, build ad copy, manage automated bid strategies, and implement A/B testing for copy and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance against KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend data-backed optimization strategies.
  • Perform search query report (SQR) analysis, evaluate auction insights, and validate recommendations from Google Ads UI.
  • Develop actionable performance insights and present findings through comprehensive reports and presentations.
  • Manage both

    B2B and B2C

    acquisition campaigns, ensuring efficiency and ROI improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with overall business objectives.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members, ensuring quality output and adherence to best practices.

Tools & Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in

    Google Ads

    and

    Microsoft (Bing) Ads

    platforms, with daily hands-on experience.
  • Familiar with

    SA360 bulk sheet creation, upload, and troubleshooting

    .
  • Strong command over

    Microsoft Excel

    (pivot tables, charts, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting) and

    PowerPoint

    for data presentation.
  • Basic understanding of

    tracking methodologies

    , including

    Floodlight tagging

    and campaign tracking parameters.

Soft Skills:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to quality assurance.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Effective communicator — both written and verbal — open to feedback and continuous learning.
  • Team-oriented mindset with experience supervising or coaching junior members.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years

    of experience managing paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in driving campaign efficiency and achieving business goals.
  • Experience in

    search marketing for both B2B and B2C

    clients preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable.
