Search Campaign Manager

As a Search Campaign Manager, your role will involve managing paid search campaigns across various platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end paid search campaigns, including planning, setup, execution, optimization, and reporting. - Conducting keyword research, building ad copy, managing bid strategies, and implementing A/B testing for copy and landing pages. - Monitoring campaign performance against KPIs, identifying gaps, and recommending optimization strategies. - Analyzing search query reports, evaluating auction insights, and validating recommendations from Google Ads UI. - Developing performance insights and presenting findings through reports and presentations. - Managing both B2B and B2C acquisition campaigns for efficiency and ROI improvement. - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaign strategies align with business objectives. - Coaching and mentoring junior team members for quality output and best practices adherence. In terms of Tools & Technical Skills, you should be proficient in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, familiar with SA360 bulk sheet creation and troubleshooting, have strong command over Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and possess a basic understanding of tracking methodologies. Your Soft Skills should include exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills, effective communication (both written and verbal), and a team-oriented mindset with experience in supervising or coaching junior members. Qualifications for this role include 4+ years of experience in managing paid search campaigns, demonstrated success in driving campaign efficiency and achieving business goals, experience in search marketing for both B2B and B2C clients (preferred), and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
