Scrum Master

The Impact:
The Scrum Master position at S&P Global works with stakeholders and team members across regions to facilitate the delivery of customer value using the Agile or Kanban Framework. The Scrum Master contributes significantly to their teams success by acting as a servant leader and coaching towards continuous improvement while executing on predefined business priorities.

What Were Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
4-7 yrs experience as a Scrum MasterExcellent communication and collaboration skillsBasic knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)Self confidenceStrong sense of urgency when neededProven ability to identify and mitigate risksTeam-first, servant leader mentality

Preferred Qualifications:
Certified SAFe Scrum MasterCertified PSM or CSMData processing experience
