Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. At least 5 years’ experience of running Agile squads 
2. Work with your squads to analyze current maturity and design a strategy for adopting agile best practices 
3. Guide squads on how to stay on track with agile techniques, fine-tuning their approach to ensure that overall strategy is being met 
4. Create and facilitate agile training sessions and workshops for technical squads, as well as for key stakeholders such as Product Owners, Delivery Leads etc. 
5. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, setting goals and milestones and assigning responsibility and ownership among squads 
6. Drive cultural change by championing an agile mindset, and ensure the organization is adhering to industry best practices 
7. Champion the use of metrics and other objective measures for squads 
8. Empower the squads to take ownership, be self-organizing and improve their efficiency 
9. Facilitate necessary events including Quarterly Plannings, ceremonies, or other collaboration sessions required for the smooth running and efficient delivery of the squad 

Other Skill Sets:

1. Excellent knowledge and experience in using Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Frameworks 
2. Excellent track record in running agile projects of varying size and complexity 
3. Strong skills for leading, educating, and coaching 
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
5. Banking experience preferred 
6. Coaching certifications preferred
