In this role, you will work as an Agile Coach, Practitioner, or Consultant, facilitating cross-functional engineering teams in the delivery and implementation of new products or upgrades to existing products. Your responsibilities will include developing detailed schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting project meetings, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will be expected to maintain multiple-sprint release plans, release trajectory, and release burndown based on capacity and velocity predictions. Additionally, you will facilitate cross-team, program-wide rituals, promote continuous improvement, resolve impediments, and provide visibility of team status and issues to senior management. Your role will involve promoting a collaborative team environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and commitment to objectives while working closely with the product owner towards the success of the product release. Success in this role will be measured through your ability to drive business transformation using technology/digital knowledge and Agile project management skills. You are expected to be fully accountable for the delivery of your stream/projects, with at least 10+ years of overall IT experience and 3+ years of Agile coaching experience. A deep knowledge of 2 or more frameworks, preferably Scrum, Kanban, and Scaling agile models, is required. You should have been actively involved in 1-2 Agile transformations, with experience in coaching and training individuals and teams on agile principles and methodologies. Your ability to provide hands-on coaching to 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously, mentor Agile roles, drive and monitor transformation KPIs, and conduct training on Agile related topics is essential. Expertise in Scaled Agile configurations, Agile Lifecycle Management tools such as JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, and knowledge of DevOps concepts is also beneficial. Holding relevant certifications such as Scrum Master PSM II, Agile Coaching - ICP-ACC, and Agile Certified Practitioner SAFe Program Consultant will be an advantage.
