Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Scrum Master with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in IDESLABS PRIVATE LIMITED. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement, and other Scrum events.
Coach teams on Agile principles and practices to improve productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with Product Owners to define and prioritize product backlog items.
Work closely with Development Teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Identify and mitigate potential roadblocks or obstacles that could impact project timelines.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of Agile principles, including Scrum framework.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and design.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira or Asana is a plus.
