Job Description

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment
Certifications: Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred Technical Understanding: A solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLCs) and experience working with engineering teams
JIRA Expertise: Strong proficiency in JIRA, including the ability to create complex dashboards, custom filters (JQL), and agile reports
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify and remove team impediments
Preferred Qualifications Experience in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Scrum of Scrums, or similar large-scale Agile environment
Experience in an Agile Release Train (ART) Experience with other Agile tools such as Confluence, Trello, or Asana
