They lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews while removing obstacles to progress. The Scrum Master fosters collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement within the team. They support the Product Owner in managing the backlog and aligning team efforts with business goals. Additionally, they promote a culture of accountability and efficiency. Their goal is to ensure the team delivers value consistently and effectively. Key Responsibilities Daily Task Monitoring: Ensure all team members update their daily tasks in the project management tool. Check that tasks are appropriately assigned and align with sprint objectives. Task Alignment and Planning: Verify that tasks are well-defined and properly aligned with project priorities. Assist the team in breaking down larger tasks into manageable pieces. Evaluation of Task Time: Monitor task progress and compare it with estimated timelines. Evaluate time spent on tasks to ensure efficiency and identify bottlenecks. Facilitating Meetings: Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to maintain smooth workflows. Qualifications Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3+ years in an Agile environment. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and practices. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) is preferred. Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
