Key Responsibilities

Facilitate
Scrum ceremonies
(Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and remove impediments for the team.
Act as a coach for the team and stakeholders on Agile practices.
Track and report progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
Collaborate with Product Owner and development teams for smooth delivery.

Required Skills

Certified
Scrum Master (CSM)
or equivalent.
Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum frameworks

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

banking or financial domain
preferred.
