Key Responsibilities: Strategic Alliance Development: Identify, initiate, and manage partnerships with financial institutions, fintech platforms, wealth managers, and other strategic partners. Build and implement collaborative go-to-market strategies with partners to drive business goals. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary relationship manager for high-value institutional clients and alliance partners. Conduct regular reviews and performance meetings to ensure alignment and satisfaction. Revenue & Growth Enablement: Drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in collaboration with partners. Monitor partner performance and contribution to business growth. Coordination with Internal Teams: Liaise with product, marketing, legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements. Facilitate partner onboarding, training, and support. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership models in stock broking and financial services. Prepare and present reports on alliance performance and KPIs to senior management. Key Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred). 35 years of experience in alliance management, institutional sales, or relationship management within stock broking, BFSI, or fintech sectors. Strong understanding of capital markets, trading platforms, and investment products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with brokerage APIs, partner onboarding platforms, and digital engagement tools. Proven experience working with RIAs, sub-brokers, or investment advisors. Analytical mindset with a track record of achieving growth targets through alliances.
