Job Description

Primary Job Responsibilities

Channel Partner Onboarding & Verification

Conduct due-diligence of new channel partners (dealers, distributors, EPCs).
Verify KYC, business documents, GST, bank details, and creditworthiness.
Coordinate with legal/finance team for partner approval.
Ensure smooth processing of channel finance schemes from NBFCs.
Track disbursement status & documentation completion.
Liaise with finance institutions for loan approvals & faster settlements.
Follow up with partners for timely payments as per credit terms.
Maintain MIS of receivables and ageing reports.
Coordinate with accounts team to match bank credits & ledger entries.

Specific Knowledge & Skills

Strong finance documentation & follow-up skills
CRM/ERP working knowledge
Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot, MIS)
Communication & negotiation.

Major KRA (SMART)

Coordination with NBFCs & Bank Partners.
Onboard New Partners for CF.
Data Maintenance.
Channel Finance Disbursement.

Target Groups / Organization

Total Disbursement of INR 10 CR from Channel Finance.
