Hiring for Scrum Master

Experience Range:- 5+ Years

Notice Period:- Immediate to 15Days

Work Mode:- HybridWork

Location:- Bangalore

Technical Requirements:

• 5 + years experience as a product owner in a SASS product engineering environment.
• Certified scrum master preferred.
• Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
• Planning and organizing demos and product/system testing.
• Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
• Leadership and management experience.
• Excellent people and project management skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact with the senior executives and program leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience running Scrum with ADO.
• Knowledge of other Agile approaches XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD, etc.
• Experience with managing multiple work streams in a large program.
• Experience in running Scrum of Scrums.
• Highly skilled in collaboration across multiple teams.
