Key Responsibilities

1. Agile Delivery & Team Management

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
  
• Ensure timely delivery of design tasks aligned with product and business timelines.
  
• Identify and remove blockers to help the team maintain focus and flow.
  

2. Resource & Capacity Planning

• Manage design team allocation across multiple projects.
  
• Track and forecast workload, availability, and timelines to optimize team utilization.
  
• Coordinate with design leads to balance workloads and prevent burnout.
  

3. Stakeholder Management

• Act as the bridge between the design team, product managers, developers, and business stakeholders.
  
• Communicate project timelines, dependencies, and progress clearly to all stakeholders.
  
• Manage expectations and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
  

4. Jira Administration & Reporting

• Own and maintain Jira workflows, boards, and dashboards for the design team.
  
• Ensure all design tasks are properly logged, tracked, and updated throughout sprints.
  
• Generate reports for sprint velocity, task completion rates, and team performance insights.
  

5. Process Optimization

• Continuously improve design delivery processes through agile best practices.
  
• Introduce documentation, templates, and rituals that streamline collaboration and reviews.
  
• Promote a culture of transparency, feedback, and accountability within the team.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 36 years of experience as a

  Scrum Master

  or

  Project Manager

  , preferably with creative or design teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM / PSM) certification preferred.
  
• Proven expertise in

  Jira

  ,

  Confluence

  , and other agile management tools.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and design team dynamics.
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
