Project Role : Scrum Master Project Role Description : Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics. Must have skills : Scrum Good to have skills : Scala Programming Language, Data Engineering Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : GRADUATION Summary :As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for enabling the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies, and identifying and reporting progress via appropriate metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of Agile methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Strong understanding of Scrum methodologies. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Data Engineering and Scala Programming Language. Experience in coaching and mentoring Scrum Team(s) and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies. Ability to identify and report progress via appropriate metrics. Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Scrum. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions using Agile methodologies.
