Responsibilities: • Develop creative, original, and engaging scripts for ad films, ranging from short commercials to branded content. • Collaborate closely with creative directors, brand managers to understand campaign goals, brand voice, and target audience. • Create scripts that effectively convey the message while captivating viewers in a short timeframe. • Write clear, punchy, and impactful dialogue, keeping in mind tone, style, and the emotional impact of the ad. • Revise and refine scripts based on feedback, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and creative vision. • Research industry trends, competitors, and target demographics to ensure that the scripts are relevant and fresh. • Ensure scripts are consistent with the overall campaign strategy and deliver the intended message with clarity and flair. • Meet tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of quality in every script. Qualifications: • Proven experience writing scripts for ad films, commercials, or branded content, with a portfolio of completed work. • Strong understanding of advertising, brand storytelling, and how to create quick yet impactful narratives. • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to distill complex ideas into concise, engaging, and memorable content. • Ability to adapt writing style to different brands, tones, and target audiences. • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams and clients. • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with industry trends and an understanding of current advertising strategies. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Creative Writing, or a related field. • Experience with digital and social media campaigns, as well as traditional ad formats (TV, radio, print). • A deep understanding of consumer behavior and how to craft content that drives engagement and action.
